2017 Harvest Dinner

Saturday evening starting at  5:00. Served in the White Tent by the pond.

This year’s Harvest Dinner is prepared by the staffs of The Andes Hotel and O’Neill’s Shire Pub. Ingredients have been sourced from Greenane Farm and Heller’s Farm. An Ommegang beer pairing will be available to all diners if they wish — unlimited tastes of Ommegang beers that have been selected to accompany each dish. Dinner is served on Saturday evening starting at 5:00. We will be taking reservations every half hour until 7:00 (or later when all of these slots have been reserved).

The Ommegang beer pairing with unlimited samples will be $15 per person if purchased on site or $10 if you purchase in advance with your dinner ticket.

Assorted vegetable pickle, coriander, thyme

Kale Salad
Lemon Tahini vinaigrette, olive oil crouton, oven cured tomatoes

Roasted Beets
Pickled pearl onions, arugula, sherry and shallot


Greenane Farm Pork Two Ways…
Smoke roasted loin — Spiced Rub, onion marmalade
Roasted and Braised shoulder — Fall fruits, thyme & garlic

Roasted breast — lemon, thyme & rosemary
Fricasee of leg and thigh, Morrocan — Preserved lemon, chic pea, oven cured tomato, Catskill Food Co. Moroccan spiced sausage

Roasted Cayuga Gold Potatoes

Roasted Fall Vegetable “Hash”

Braised Cabbages
Red wine, thyme, honey, coriander

Creamed Corn

White, Black and Red, green onion, virgin olive oil


Roasted Pear, Apple & Peach Crisp
Salted caramel Drizzle, whipped cream

Adult Saturday Dinner $24.00 (plus tax)

Online Special Ommegang Beer Tasting with Dinner Saturday $10.00 (plus tax). Each person will be able to sample as many Ommegang beers as they like during dinner. At the festival the cost will be $15.
