SATURDAY

11:15 am: Honey/Pollinator Gardening
Benjamin Czynewski – Learn the basics on pollination and how bees can enhance your gardens. Ben is an Assistant Professor of Applied Sciences at SUNY Delhi.

11:45 am: Delhi Culinary Demonstration – Autumn Carvings
Ashante Barrows – Tis the season to try something different! Ashante is a SUNY Delhi Culinary Arts major and will showcase techniques to take your carving to the next level!

12:45 pm: Traveling on a Budget
David Brower – Who doesn’t like to travel? In this session, attendees will learn practical, insider tips to maximize their travel budget. David is the Dean of the School of Business and Hospitality Management at SUNY Delhi.

1:45 pm: Personal Development
Glenda Roberts – Looking to enhance your skill sets for work or self-fulfillment? Want to try something new? Not sure where to start? In this session, learn about the variety of ways to develop personal and professional expertise. Glenda is the Director of Outreach and Workforce Development at SUNY Delhi.

2:45 pm: Dining on a Budget
David Brower – Expand your Culinary Horizons! Whether local or abroad, there are a number of ways to dine in style and keep your costs down. Following a similar style to the “Travel on a Budget” session, attendees will learn practical suggestions for the ever expanding culinary and restaurant environment.

SUNDAY

11:45 am: Getting into Golf
Jim Lees – Interested in a new activity that will last a lifetime? Attend this introductory session on the game of golf, benefits of playing the game, equipment, instruction, and more! Jim is the Internship and Player Development Coordinator for the Business and Professional Golf Management program at SUNY Delhi and a PGA golf instructor at The College Golf Course at Delhi.

1:00pm: Lauren O’Leary – Culinary Demonstration
It’s Sunday, let’s make some “gravy”. Lauren will be creating and sharing samples of an upcoming specialty at Bluestone, SUNY Delhi’s new restaurant and culinary laboratory, open this fall. Lauren is a Culinary Arts major at SUNY Delhi.

2:00pm: SUNY Delhi Alumni Meet-Up
Calling SUNY Delhi Alumni and Current Students! Come and meet at the “Discover Delhi” Tent to connect with Broncos of all generations. During the meet-up, compete in SUNY Delhi trivia for SUNY Delhi giveaways.

3:00pm: Lauren O’Leary – Culinary Demonstration
