COYOTE ACOUSTIC FEAT. HANK COYOTE WAGNER & RACHEL GRUNDY
Blues Based, Searingly Passionate,
Early 70’s FunkRockin’ Explosion From NYC
Do the right thing! And when you do it, set it to a nasty backbeat and thumpin’ bass, with horns, harmonicas, and harmonies, encouraging you forward to the sound of old school blues, funk, rock, and soul! Penetrating and truthful, Hank Coyote Wagner’s from-the-gut voice and lyrics can lovingly carry your pups and simultaneously haunt you like a howl in the dark. Alone Mr. Coyote is a force to reckon with. Partnered with sultry sax slinging vocalist, Rachel Grundy, and their mind bendingly funky, NYC-based rhythm and horn section, Coyote Love is an army of positive vibes, music and passion.
“Galactic Eats a Sly Stone Sandwich, smothered in Clapton Sauce, on a stone-ground Indie Hero.”
we play old time/Appalachian music in its most purest sense...a fiddle and a banjo..we try and stay true to the melodies and stylings of the early performers...keep the spirit, and the honesty and the lilting kick that these songs had...we play with affection for the music and for each others playing and with a joy that bubbles out in woeful attempts at singing
Music has been a huge part of our lives here at Technicolor Trailer Park. Jerry has been singing and writing songs for as long as he can imagine In the last couple years he has picked up the mandolin. He plays the mandolin with such a passion that it makes you want to stop everything and listen.
Lisa has been singing for all of her life. She picked up the guitar about 10 years ago and before she moved to Ithaca, she was a singer/songwriter in Long Island.
LUBA DVORAK (pronounced: Dvor-zhack) in black attire and armed with an acoustic guitar has been called a Dylan-Forbert-Springsteen-Cash combo with his earthy vocal style and enticing storytelling.
